 Michael G. Hippler - President
Michael received an AS in Engineering Science and a BS in Controls Engineering from The Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology. He has held the positions of Electrical Engineer, Systems Engineer, Engineering Manager and Business Development Manager at companies such as Texas Instruments and Siemens over the last sixteen years. He also has worked for OEM's in a variety of industries, designing equipment ranging from heat treatment furnaces to plastic injection molding machines.
Michael organized The Control Systems in 1995 and today continues to direct operations and develop the business. His vision for The Control Systems Group is continued growth through vertical integration in selected markets and inspired customer service. As an employer, Mike is committed to a position of social responsibility and brings his faith and uncommon energy to all his endeavors.

 Eric A. Jay - Vice President
Eric received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Cleveland State University. He has worked as a QA Technician, Chief Mechanical Engineer Project Coordinator and Engineering Manager for several capital equipment manufacturers, including Walsh manufacturing and Nutro Corporation. He has over 20 years of experience designing machinery and integrating industrial equipment, focusing on automated paint finishing and material handling systems. His accomplishments include management of turnkey projects for Honda, TRW, Dana, Bosch, Delphi and Caterpillar.

 Francis T. Popiel - Director, Sales and Marketing
Frank studied Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at The Cleveland State University. He has held positions of Design Supervisor, Project Manager, Account Manager and Sales Manager at McDowell-Wellman Engineering, Schweitzer Equipment and Nutro Corporation. Frank brings to The Control Systems Group over 30 years experience in the design, field startup and sales of large industrial systems. He has helped companies achieve market dominance in fields such as bulk material handling and automated paint finishing systems. His sales philosophy includes a commitment to the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
